Blues Status Report: Mathieu Joseph returns to the lineup after missing one game due to a lower-body injury. Hunter Skinner is set to make his NHL debut. Nick Bjugstad and Tyler Tucker will be healthy scratches. Jake Neighbours participated in the morning skate for the first time since blocking a shot on October 25th but will not play. The Blues have struggled to put together a full 60-minute effort this season.
