Following his discharge on Wednesday morning, his close friend and Sholay co-star, Amitabh Bachchan, was spotted visiting him at his residence.
Dharmendra had been admitted to the hospital on October 31, with initial reports suggesting he was there for a routine check-up. After spending two days in the hospital, he was discharged and will continue his recovery at home under the supervision of doctors.

Paparazzi captured Bachchan navigating through the crowd gathered outside Dharmendra's residence. Dr. Pratit Samdani from Breach Candy Hospital told the media that Dharmendra was discharged around 7:30 am and would receive home treatment. Another doctor, Dr. Rajiv Sharma, shared that Dharmendra went home "fully satisfied" after receiving the necessary treatment. He also requested the public to refrain from spreading false news and instead pray for the actor's recovery so he can celebrate his next birthday with pride. Dharmendra will turn 90 on December 8.

The statement read, "Mr. Dharmendra has been discharged from the hospital and will continue his recovery at home. Besides Amitabh Bachchan, producer Asit Modi, known for Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, also visited Dharmendra at his home.
