Iulia Vantur is embarking on her acting journey, and she's revealed some valuable advice she received from Salman Khan. The Romanian model, singer, and television personality is set to star in an English-language short film titled "Echoes of Us," directed by Joe Rajan.
In a recent interview, Iulia shared insights into her acting experience and the guidance she received from Salman Khan, who has been a supportive figure in her career in India. When asked about whether she would seek acting tips from Salman, Iulia responded that he would likely tell her "to act less". She elaborated that his advice would be to not overdo things and that "less is better".
Deepak Tijori, who stars alongside Iulia in "Echoes of Us," echoed this sentiment, mentioning that Mahesh Bhatt also teaches the same principle. Deepak added that Salman also comes from the same school of acting, emphasizing that "not acting is the most difficult part of acting" and that knowing when one is going overboard is a crucial skill.
Iulia's journey into acting wasn't initially planned. As someone who has been working since the age of 16, she explained that singing and acting opportunities came her way, and she decided to give them a try. She debuted as a singer in the Hindi film industry and has also sung a version of "Lag Jaa Gale" in Salman Khan's film "Sikandar". Iulia credits Salman for encouraging her to pursue singing, saying that he "believed" in her voice and talent when others didn't. She emphasized the importance of emotional support and having someone who believes in your abilities.
In the past, Salman had also given Iulia simple advice before her Bollywood debut: "Just enjoy yourself and do it". Iulia has expressed gratitude for Salman's guidance and support, acknowledging his extensive experience in the film industry.
