Singer Armaan Malik recently took to social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to express his displeasure with the way Bigg Boss 19 is allegedly portraying his brother, music composer Amaal Mallik. Amaal is currently a contestant on the reality show hosted by Salman Khan. Armaan accused the show's makers of editing promos to make Amaal look bad while concealing the provocations from other contestants.

In a now-deleted post, Armaan wrote, "The way they edit promos to make Amaal look like he's wrong, and then hide how others are provoking and misbehaving, is actually insane". He further added, "This show and its toxicity are exhausting. Never liked it, never will. Just praying my brother stays healthy and sane through all this".

The controversy arose after a recent promo showcased a heated exchange between Amaal and fellow contestant Kunickaa Sadanand. The promo quickly gained traction, drawing attention to Amaal's behavior inside the Bigg Boss house. Armaan's reaction suggests that he believes the promo was edited unfairly to depict Amaal in a negative light.

Armaan's concern for his brother's well-being was evident in his post. He expressed his hope that Amaal would remain healthy and sane throughout his time on the show, highlighting the potentially stressful environment inside the Bigg Boss house.

Following his initial outburst, Armaan also responded to a fan who urged him not to focus on the negativity surrounding Amaal. Armaan replied, "I am not used to this kinda negativity. Not my cup of tea. I just want my brother to be happy and healthy. Nothing else matters".
