The WD Black SN7100 NVMe SSD has officially launched in India, offering mainstream gamers and performance enthusiasts a new high-performance storage solution. Built by SanDisk, the drive is designed to meet the demands of today's visually intensive and storage-heavy games. It's now available through major IT resellers and e-commerce platforms across the nation.

The WD Black SN7100 NVMe SSD arrives with the latest TLC 3D NAND technology and a PCIe Gen 4 interface. It delivers read speeds of up to 7,250MB/s and write speeds of up to 6,900MB/s (on 1TB and 2TB models). This provides up to a 35% performance boost compared to the previous generation SN770 SSD, resulting in quicker game load times and smoother overall performance.

This new SSD is engineered for use in laptops and handheld gaming devices, offering up to 100% better power efficiency at maximum speed compared to the previous generation. The available storage capacities range from 500GB to 4TB, providing ample space for storing large game libraries, future updates, and downloadable content. The 4TB model features up to 1,200TBW endurance, making it suitable for game streaming, content creation, and frequent file rewriting.

The WD Black SN7100 NVMe SSD is available in 500GB, 1TB, 2TB, and 4TB capacities. Pricing starts at INR 4,899 for the 500GB variant. Other capacities are available at varying price points.
