The Milwaukee Brewers defeated the Colorado Rockies on Friday night by a score of 10-6. The Brewers' victory was fueled by a strong offensive performance, including a three-run home run from Jackson Chourio and two RBIs from Brice Turang.

The Brewers offense erupted in the fourth inning after a scoreless first three innings. William Contreras and Isaac Collins started the rally with consecutive singles, followed by a walk from Rhys Hoskins to load the bases. Brice Turang then delivered a two-run single. Sal Frelick singled to drive in Hoskins, and Jackson Chourio capped off the inning with a three-run homer to right field, giving the Brewers a 6-0 lead.

Colorado responded in the top of the fifth inning. Brenton Doyle and Braxton Fulford led off with singles. Doyle scored on a fielder's choice by Ryan Ritter, who advanced to third on Jordan Beck's two-out double. Thairo Estrada then hit a two-run single, cutting Milwaukee's lead to 6-3. The Rockies added another run in the sixth when Fulford doubled, driving in another run and ending Jose Quintana's night.

Milwaukee got that run back in the bottom of the fifth when Contreras singled, advanced to second on a throwing error and then to third on a sacrifice bunt. He then scored on a balk by Rockies pitcher Jimmy Herget, increasing the Brewers' lead to 7-4.

The Rockies continued to battle, pulling within a run in the eighth inning. Kyle Farmer and Ryan McMahon led off with singles, and Farmer reached third on a flyout. However, the Brewers extended their lead in the bottom of the eighth. Chourio grounded out to drive in a run, and Christian Yelich followed with a two-run double, making the score 10-6.

Jose Quintana earned the win for the Brewers, pitching 5 2/3 innings and allowing four runs on seven hits while striking out five. Kyle Freeland took the loss for the Rockies, surrendering six runs on eight hits in four innings.

Several Brewers had multi-hit games, including Caleb Durbin with three hits, and Contreras, Frelick, and Turang each with two hits. Braxton Fulford led the Rockies' offense with three hits and three RBIs. Thairo Estrada also had three hits for Colorado. Christian Yelich extended his hitting streak to 10 games and is batting .386 with eight home runs and 33 RBIs in his last 28 games.

With the victory, the Brewers improved to a season-high 10 games over .500 with a record of 46-36. The Rockies, on the other hand, have lost seven of their last eight games.
