The romantic comedy Param Sundari, starring Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor, has collected ₹3.5 crore on its fourth day of release. This brings the film's total box office collection to ₹30.25 crore after four days.

The film witnessed a significant drop in earnings on Monday, with a 65% fall from the weekend collections. However, this decline was anticipated as is normal for movies entering their first Monday.

Param Sundari, directed by Tushar Jalota, was released on August 29, 2025. The film is produced by Dinesh Vijan under Maddock Films. The movie reportedly had a mid-range budget of around ₹50 crore.

The movie follows Param (Sidharth Malhotra), a Delhi-based young man from a wealthy family, who seeks investment opportunities in unique startups. He discovers an AI app called Soulmates and decides to test it to prove a point to his father. The app matches him with Thekkepattu Sundari Damodharan Pillai (Janhvi Kapoor), a homestay owner and Mohiniyattam dancer in Kerala.

The film has been compared to Shah Rukh Khan's Chennai Express due to its North-South themed love story.

The film features music by Sachin-Jigar, with songs like "Pardesiya", "Danger", and "Sundari Ke Pyaar Mein".

Param Sundari has received mixed reviews from critics. While some have praised the lead actors' chemistry, the cinematography, and the music, others have criticized the predictable storyline and lack of emotional depth.

Sidharth Malhotra reportedly received ₹10-12 crore for his role as Param, while Janhvi Kapoor was paid ₹4-5 crore for playing Sundari. Sanjay Kapoor, who plays Param's father, received ₹50 lakh, and Manjot Singh, who plays Jaggi, Param's friend, was paid ₹25 lakh.

The film had an overall Hindi occupancy of 10.67% on Monday, September 1, 2025.

Param Sundari also stars Renji Panicker as Bhargavan Nair, Siddhartha Shankar as Venu Nair, Abhishek Banerjee as Shekhar, and Inayat Verma as Ammu, Sundari's sister.
