Moretz, known for her roles in "Kick-Ass" and "Bad Neighbors 2," and Harrison, a model, both wore wedding dresses and after-party looks designed by Nicolas Ghesquière for Louis Vuitton. The brides kept their outfits a secret from each other until the ceremony. Harrison expressed her excitement about the "first look" moment, eager to see each other in their respective dresses.

Moretz opted for a custom baby-blue Louis Vuitton gown with matching opera gloves, breaking from the traditional white. The dress featured a sleek corset bodice and a floor-skimming silhouette, topped with a romantic veil, creating an Old-Hollywood-inspired moment. She explained that she never envisioned a traditional white wedding dress and wanted something non-traditional that felt like her. Moretz also sported a custom white jacket, tailored trousers, and a cowboy hat for the after-party. Harrison embraced tradition in a white dress, featuring an embroidered bustier and skirt, a birdcage veil, and a cathedral-length veil. For her after-party look, Harrison chose a bodice and trousers with a sheer overlay and metallic spaghetti straps.

Moretz shared that a significant part of the wedding was sharing activities they both love with their guests, including fishing, horseback riding, and poker. Harrison even crafted a custom poker mat for the occasion, and the second day included line dancing.

The couple subtly confirmed their engagement in January by posting an Instagram photo showcasing matching diamond rings. Moretz publicly came out as gay in November of the previous year.
