The wedding celebrations of television star Avika Gor and Milind Chandwani are in full swing, with the main event scheduled for September 30, 2025, during the auspicious period of Navratri. The couple's decision to tie the knot on national television, as part of the reality show Pati Patni Aur Panga, has garnered significant attention. The show is hosted by Sonali Bendre and comedian Munawar Faruqui.

Sonali Bendre's presence at the wedding ceremony highlights the close bond formed during the filming of Pati Patni Aur Panga. Bendre's support and enthusiasm for Avika and Milind's union have been evident throughout the show, making her attendance a special moment for the couple.

Avika Gor, known for her role as young 'Anandi' in Balika Vadhu, and Milind Chandwani, an IIM Ahmedabad graduate and social activist, have been together since 2020. They met through mutual friends, and their connection deepened over time. The couple announced their engagement in 2025 via a heartfelt post on Instagram.

The wedding festivities commenced with a visit to Mumbai's Siddhivinayak Temple on September 22, the first day of Navratri. Avika and Milind sought blessings and distributed sweets to the paparazzi, sharing their wedding date. Avika's mehendi ceremony also captured attention, as she included the names of her in-laws alongside Milind's on her palm. The haldi ceremony took place on September 25 on the set of Pati Patni Aur Panga.

Avika expressed her excitement about marrying Milind, stating that she is "very happy that I am finally marrying the man I have loved for six and a half years". She also mentioned that they plan to incorporate Gujarati traditions into their wedding, blending Avika's Kutchhi background with Milind's Sindhi heritage.

Avika shared that she wanted her audience, who have been an important part of her journey since 2008, to share in her special moment. She felt that marrying on national television was a way to include them in her celebrations. She fondly recalled telling her parents about her dream of either having a private court marriage or a grand wedding celebrated by the world.

Several celebrities have sent their well wishes to the couple, including Nagarjuna, Anupam Kher, and Mahesh Bhatt. While some of Avika's industry friends were unable to attend due to scheduling conflicts, they have sent their blessings through messages and videos. Avika is planning a traditional bridal look, with red as her chosen color. She has even requested that guests wear pastels to avoid any color clashes. The wedding episodes are scheduled to air on October 10 and 11.
