Nora Fatehi Shines: A Thrilling Performance in 'Thamma's' New Song, a True Anthem.

Nora Fatehi is electrifying audiences once again with her dance moves in the new song "Dilbar Ki Aankhon Ka" from the upcoming horror-comedy film Thamma. The song, released by T-Series, is the second track from Maddock Films' highly anticipated movie, which stars Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna. Thamma is slated to hit theaters this Diwali, October 21.

Fatehi, known as the "OG Kamariya Girl" after her performance in the song "Kamariya" from the movie Stree, is back in the Maddock Horror Comedy Universe (MHCU). "Dilbar Ki Aankhon Ka marks her return to Bollywood dance numbers after a brief hiatus, during which she focused on acting and her music career. She expressed her excitement about the song, stating that performing it was an absolute thrill. She felt every beat and knew the audience would want to groove along, making it an exciting experience. Fatehi added that the song is explosive and continues the era of high-energy performances and iconic Bollywood glamour that audiences have always loved seeing from her. She also highlighted the powerful choreography and catchy hook step.

The song "Dilbar Ki Aankhon Ka" is sung by Rashmeet Kaur and Jigar Saraiya, with music composed by Sachin-Jigar and lyrics penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya. The music video features Fatehi setting the dance floor ablaze in a sequined purple blouse and skirt. Choreographed by Vijay Ganguly, the song blends classic Bollywood charm with a modern pulse. Sachin-Jigar mentioned that they wanted the song to feel alive in every sense, from the beat to the music, and how it moves with the performer. They aimed to create a track that energizes while retaining soul, and working with Rashmeet's vocals and Nora's performance brought that vision to life in a stylish and expressive way.

Thamma serves as the fifth installment in Maddock Films' horror-comedy universe, following Stree (2018), Bhediya (2022), Stree 2 (2024), and Munjya (2024). The film is directed by Aditya Sarpotdar and written by Niren Bhatt, Suresh Mathew, and Arun Fulara. The trailer, released in September, introduces Ayushmann Khurrana as Alok, Rashmika Mandanna as Tadaka, Nawazuddin Siddiqui as Yakshasan, and Paresh Rawal as Ram Bajaj Goyal. The film follows Alok, who transforms into a vampire after an encounter with Yakshasan, and his bond with Tadaka, a fellow vampire.

"Dilbar Ki Aankhon Ka" is available on all streaming platforms and the T-Series YouTube channel. The song is poised to become a chartbuster this festive season.
