Parineeti Chopra has been admitted to a hospital in Delhi, according to reports, as she prepares to welcome her first child with husband Raghav Chadha. The Bollywood actress and the Aam Aadmi Party leader are said to be expecting their baby very soon.

The news comes after the couple officially announced their pregnancy on August 25, 2025, via a joint Instagram post. The post featured a picture of a cake with "1+1=3" written on it, along with tiny baby footprints. They captioned it, "Our little universe … on its way. Blessed beyond measure". The post also included a video of the couple walking hand-in-hand in a park.

Prior to the official announcement, Raghav Chadha had hinted at the good news during an appearance on The Great Indian Kapil Show, playfully telling the host that they would deliver "good news soon".

According to Pinkvilla, Parineeti has moved to Delhi, which is Raghav's hometown, suggesting that the baby's arrival is imminent. While the exact due date has not been revealed, sources indicate that she is in her final stage of pregnancy.
