The film is inspired by a real-life story from Telangana and is set in 2010. Raju and Rambai decide to elope, leading to further hurdles.

The film stars Akhil Uddemari, Tejaswini Rao, and Chaitu Jonnalagadda in the lead roles, with supporting performances by Shivaji Raja, Anitha Chowdary, and Kavitha Srirangam.
