Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday's romantic comedy, Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, experienced a drop in collections on its second day, earning approximately ₹5 crore. This decline follows a decent opening day where the film grossed ₹7.75 crore. The movie's total earnings in India now stand at ₹12.75 crore.
The film's box office performance has been affected by competition from Dhurandhar, Ranveer Singh's action film, and the continued success of Avatar: Fire and Ash. Dhurandhar earned ₹12.17 crore on the same day, exceeding the earnings of Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri.
Early estimates suggest that Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri had around 16.31% Hindi occupancy, with evening shows seeing the most foot traffic. The second-day numbers represent a significant drop from the first day, with some estimates suggesting a 42% decrease. This drop is expected, considering the Christmas holiday boost on the opening day, while the second day was a regular working day.
Despite the dip, Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri has already surpassed the lifetime collections of several Bollywood releases of 2025, including Ground Zero (₹7.77 crores), Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 (₹12.17 crores), and The Bhootnii (₹12.52 crores).
Looking ahead, if Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri maintains a steady pace, it could surpass Shehzada (₹32.50 crores) to become Kartik Aaryan's fourth-highest-grossing film in the post-COVID era. Aaryan's previous post-COVID releases include Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 (₹185.57 crores), SatyaPrem Ki Katha (₹80.35 crores), and Chandu Champion (₹65.50 crores).
Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri marks Kartik Aaryan's first release of the year and reunites him with Ananya Panday after their collaboration in the 2019 film Pati Patni Aur Woh. It also marks Aaryan's second collaboration with director Sameer Vidwans, following their 2023 film Satyaprem Ki Katha.
