Before commencing work on the Sukumar film, Ram Charan will complete "Peddi," a rural sports action drama directed by Buchi Babu Sana. "Peddi" is set against a rural backdrop and features Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead, along with Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, and Divyenndu Sharma in key roles. The film is backed by Vriddhi Cinemas and presented by Mythri Movie Makers, with music by A.R. Rahman. "Peddi" is scheduled for a theatrical release on March 27, 2026.
