Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly advocating for Al-Nassr to make a move for Real Madrid defender Antonio Rüdiger. The German international's contract with the Spanish giants is nearing its final phase, set to expire in the summer of 2026, and discussions for a renewal have seemingly stalled. This situation has attracted the attention of clubs outside Spain, particularly those with ambitious, well-funded projects like Al-Nassr.

Ronaldo believes that Rüdiger would bring an "immediate quality boost" to Al-Nassr's defense. The Portuguese star has faced Rüdiger on the international stage and holds immense respect for his physicality, mentality, and experience in high-pressure situations. Ronaldo's influence within Al-Nassr extends beyond his on-field contributions, with the star player actively involved in strategic planning and transfer decisions. Several past signings have reportedly been made based on his advice, as he aims to surround himself with proven, winning players.

Al-Nassr is said to be preparing a substantial financial offer to lure Rüdiger, potentially exceeding what many European clubs would be willing to propose. The package is expected to include a high salary and a central role in the club's sporting project, highlighting how highly they value the defender.
