Shefali Jariwala's Husband Alleges Black Magic Involvement in Her Death: "I Know Something..."

The sudden death of Shefali Jariwala in June 2025 shocked the entertainment industry, leaving her friends, family, and fans heartbroken. While official reports cited cardiac arrest as the cause, her husband, Parag Tyagi, has recently made a shocking claim, alleging that black magic played a role in her untimely demise.

In a candid podcast interview with actor Paras Chhabra, Tyagi stated his firm belief in supernatural involvement. He expressed that he feels someone was responsible for his wife's death. "Yaar pata hai bahot saare log nahi maante inn cheezon ko, but main bahot maanta hoon. Jahan par bhagwan hai wahan shaitaan bhi hai. Aur pata hai log apne dukh se dukhi nahi hai, dusre ke sukh se duhkhi hai," Tyagi said. This translates to: "Many people don't believe in these things, but I strongly do. Where there is God, there is also the devil. And you know, people are not sad because of their own sorrow, but because of the happiness of others".

Tyagi further elaborated, "Mujhe lagta nahi mujhe pata hai kisine kiya hai. Main ye nahi bol sakta kisne kiya but kisine toh kiya hai. Aur mujhe mehsoos hota hai ke kuch toh gadbad hai. Ek baar nahi do baar hua hai aisa mehsoos, aur ek baar toh nikal gaye lekin iss baar thoda heavy rahi cheezein, I don't know, idea nahi kya cheez thi kya nahi". He believes someone specific was responsible, although he cannot name them. He feels that something was wrong, and he had felt it more than once.

Following Jariwala's death, speculation arose that it was linked to anti-aging medicines taken on an empty stomach. However, Tyagi has dismissed these claims as misleading and incomplete. In a video uploaded to his YouTube channel in September 2025, he clarified that Jariwala was not on any such medication. Instead, she opted for monthly intravenous drips containing multivitamins because she often forgot to take her supplements daily. He emphasized that Jariwala maintained a disciplined yet balanced lifestyle, enjoying her favorite foods like ice cream and Chinese cuisine while keeping a strict fitness routine.

The claims of black magic have sparked controversy and added a new layer of grief for those mourning Shefali Jariwala's passing. Parag Tyagi's statements have opened up discussions about the role of superstition and the unexplained in the face of tragedy. While the official cause of death remains cardiac arrest, Tyagi's conviction in supernatural forces being at play has left many questioning the circumstances surrounding her death.
