Rani Mukerji's Mardaani 3, which was released in theaters on January 30, 2026, is nearing the ₹25 crore mark in India after its first six days. According to early estimates from Sacnilk, the film has collected ₹2 crore on its sixth day.
The film had a decent opening weekend, earning ₹17.50 crore. Day-wise collections show ₹4 crore on day 1, ₹6.25 crore on day 2, and ₹7.25 crore on day 3. However, the film witnessed a drop in collections on Monday, with ₹2.25 crore on day 4 and ₹2.6 crore on day 5. Mardaani 3 has earned an estimated ₹24.25 crore net in India after day 6.
The film experienced a noticeable drop on Wednesday, with collections falling compared to Tuesday. The film's occupancy in theaters was around 9.17 percent on Wednesday. Mardaani 3 is facing tough competition from Border 2, which has collected ₹290.75 crore in 13 days and earned ₹4 crore on Wednesday.
Despite the competition, Mardaani 3 has generated buzz and features Janki Bodiwala, Mallika Prasad, Milkhail Yawalkar, Prajesh Kashyap, and Jisshu Sengupta in pivotal roles. The earlier installments, Mardaani and Mardaani 2, also performed well at the box office.
Mardaani 3 is holding decently at the box office, adding ₹1.90 crore to its Day 6 tally. The Rani Mukerji starrer slipped by 10 percent on Wednesday compared to Monday and around 25 percent compared to Tuesday. The running total of Mardaani 3 has reached ₹23.25 crore net at the Indian box office. To be a profitable venture, Mardaani 3 needs to maintain a strong hold in its second week. The movie should aim to hold steady to reach a ₹25 crore opening week. Considering the controlled production costs, release strategy, and non-theatrical earnings, the movie is expected to break even by the end of its opening week. The film has no major competition other than Border 2 for the next two weeks, giving it a good chance to reach a respectable total. The film aims to reach ₹45 crore, which is still achievable.
