Kanye West, now known as Ye, is facing severe accusations from his former personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who has filed an amended lawsuit alleging sexual assault, battery, sex trafficking, stalking, false imprisonment, and other offenses. The lawsuit details disturbing incidents that allegedly occurred during her employment from 2021 to 2022.
Pisciotta's initial lawsuit, filed in June 2024, accused West of sexual harassment, breach of contract, and wrongful termination. She claimed to have been subjected to explicit texts, pornographic images and videos, and unwanted calls from the rapper. West's legal team at the time dismissed these claims as baseless and accused Pisciotta of attempting to exploit the relationship for personal gain.
The amended complaint, filed on July 8, 2025, includes harrowing new allegations. Pisciotta claims that West "attempted to vaginally penetrate Ms. Pisciotta with his fingers" and "orally raped her without her consent". She recounts an incident during a business trip to San Francisco in 2021 where West allegedly kissed her without consent. On another occasion, he purportedly questioned her intimately about her vagina before "stroked his penis over his pants with one hand and forcibly touched her vagina with the other hand".
Further allegations include an incident where West allegedly exposed his penis to Pisciotta, pushed her onto a bed, pinned her down, and "thrust his penis repeatedly into Ms. Pisciotta's face against her will". The lawsuit states that "As Ms. Pisciotta frantically pled for Ye to stop, Ye forced his penis into her mouth. Ms. Pisciotta froze in shock and fear but continued to plead with Ye and beg him to stop. After some time, Ye ended the rape, apologized, and exited Ms. Pisciotta's hotel room".
Pisciotta also claims that West once locked her in a bedroom and "forced her to watch him masturbate against her will," and "forcibly grabbed" her by the throat at a concert. She alleges that West offered her as a "sexual gift" to another man in exchange for sex with that man's partner. The lawsuit also accuses West of making obscene comments about her body, demanding she wear tight clothes, subjecting her to unwanted touching, and exposing her to his sexual encounters.
In addition to the allegations of sexual assault and harassment, Pisciotta claims that she was drugged during a studio session co-hosted by West and Sean "Diddy" Combs. She alleges that after taking a few sips of a drink served at West's direction, she felt disoriented and has little memory of what happened afterward. She claims West later told her they "kind of hooked up" that night, providing details she couldn't recall. While Combs is mentioned as a co-host of the session, Pisciotta does not accuse him of any wrongdoing.
Following her dismissal, Pisciotta alleges that West moved into the same apartment building where she lived, increasing her fear for her safety. She has since relocated to Florida but claims that West has continued to harass her.
West's representatives have not yet responded to requests for comment on the amended complaint. However, his legal team previously stated that they intend to pursue legal action against Pisciotta for what they describe as false accusations and blackmail.
