Shubhangi Atre, best known for her role in "Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain," recently shared insights into her early days in the television industry and the challenges she faced as a working mother. In a candid conversation on Siddharth Kannan's podcast, Shubhangi fondly recalled how her "Kasturi" co-star, Rupali Ganguly, played a special and significant role in her life, especially concerning her daughter, Ashi.

During the "Kasturi" days, Shubhangi's daughter, Ashi, would often visit her on set. Sometimes, she would spend the entire day with her mother. Rupali Ganguly, who played Shubhangi's mother in "Kasturi," stepped up to help care for Ashi. Shubhangi revealed that she called Rupali "Rupa Ma," and Ashi, in turn, called her "Nani". Rupali would lovingly take care of Ashi while Shubhangi was working. Shubhangi's parents, who came from Indore, also helped care for Ashi.

Reflecting on that period, Shubhangi admitted that the year she spent working on "Kasturi" was a blur. She described herself as a "zombie" during that time, emphasizing the demanding schedules that newcomers in the television industry had to endure. Shubhangi recounted how she would spend hours on set, highlighting the exhausting nature of establishing herself in the industry.

Shubhangi's heartfelt memories of Rupali's support highlight the bonds formed between colleagues and the crucial role they can play in each other's lives, particularly for working mothers navigating the challenges of balancing career and family. Rupali's act of caring for Ashi allowed Shubhangi to focus on her work, knowing her daughter was in safe and loving hands.
