Addressing a gathering, the Prime Minister asserted that India's military might forced the enemy to surrender in a mere 22 minutes, showcasing the effectiveness of Indian-made weaponry and the strategic prowess of the armed forces.

Operation Sindoor, launched in response to a terror attack in Pahalgam that claimed the lives of 26 people, saw Indian forces targeting and destroying nine of Pakistan's largest terror hideouts. The Prime Minister highlighted that this operation sent a clear message: India has a zero-tolerance policy towards terrorism, and those who perpetrate violence against Indians will find no safe haven.

PM Modi underscored the significance of India's growing self-reliance in the defense sector. He stated that the country has significantly reduced its dependence on foreign powers for strategic needs. The Prime Minister expressed confidence that Indian-made weapons would soon gain global recognition, further solidifying India's position as a major player in the international arena.

Beyond the military success, PM Modi framed Operation Sindoor as a reflection of India's values and sentiments. He asserted that India could not remain silent in the face of the brutal killings in Pahalgam, emphasizing the government's responsibility to protect its citizens and respond decisively to acts of terror. Furthermore, PM Modi asserted that Pakistan would not be allowed access to India's rightful share of water, indicating a firm stance on bilateral relations in light of Pakistan's continued support for terrorist activities. He also reiterated that any future talks with Pakistan would only focus on the issue of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.
