Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan laid the foundation stone for the Adani Group's logistics park in Kalamassery on Saturday, August 23, 2025. Officials have hailed the project as a milestone in the industrial development of the state.

The logistics park is a product of the state government's Invest Kerala Global Summit and will be constructed on 70 acres with an initial investment of over Rs 600 crores. The park is designed to cover over 13 lakh square feet and will provide integrated logistics facilities, new technologies, and systems to promote sustainable growth.

During his address, Chief Minister Vijayan described the project as a new step forward in Kerala's industrial history. Industries Minister P Rajeev also attended the ceremony. The state government has stated that the project is expected to strengthen Kerala's industrial infrastructure and create new business opportunities in the region.
