Samsung is poised to expand its Galaxy S25 series with the anticipated launch of the Galaxy S25 FE 5G in India and global markets on September 4, 2025. This Fan Edition (FE) model is expected to offer flagship-level features at a more accessible price point, bridging the gap between the premium Galaxy S25 and the more affordable Galaxy A series.
The expected price for the 128GB variant of the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE 5G in India is between Rs 60,000 and Rs 65,000. A 256GB version could be priced around Rs. 62,000. In the US, the device could debut at around $650. The phone may come in four color options: Navy, Jet Black, White, and Icy Blue.
The Galaxy S25 FE 5G is rumored to feature a 6.7-inch FHD+ LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The high refresh rate display should smooth scrolling and enhance gaming.
The device may be powered by the Exynos 2400 chipset, potentially paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.0 internal storage. Some reports suggest it may feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4/Exynos 2500. The phone is not expected to support expandable storage.
In terms of cameras, the S25 FE 5G may sport a triple-rear camera system. This could include a 50MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide unit, and an 8MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. It is also likely to feature a 12MP front selfie camera.
The phone may house a 4,900mAh battery with 45W wired charging and wireless charging support. Some sources say it will be 45W wired fast charging and 25W wireless charging.
Other expected features include an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance and Knox security. It will also likely have Gorilla Glass Victus+ for durability. The device is likely to run on Android 15 with One UI 8.0.
