The fourth prize of ₹5,000 was awarded to the following numbers: 0346, 0466, 1001, 1459, 2014, 2525, 2672, 3203, 3224, 3320, 3420, 3630, 4087, 4384, 4472, 4822, 4952, 7327, 7441, 8980. The fifth prize of ₹2,000 was awarded to the following numbers: 1618, 2091, 3064, 4081, 4396, 9405. The sixth prize of ₹1,000 was awarded to the following numbers: 0143, 0191, 0553, 0695, 0701, 1562, 2120, 2769, 2832, 3282, 4117, 4162. How to Claim Prizes

Winners must verify their ticket numbers with the official results published in the Kerala Government Gazette. Prize claims must be submitted within 30 days of the draw date, according to the Kerala State Lotteries Department. Winners of the first and second prizes must surrender their tickets in person or via insured registered post to the Director of State Lotteries. Claims can also be submitted through nationalized, scheduled, state, or district co-operative banks with the necessary documents. Claimants must provide valid identification, such as an Aadhaar or PAN card, when submitting their winning ticket.

Prizes up to ₹5,000 can be claimed from authorized lottery agents. Prizes up to ₹1 lakh can be claimed from District Lottery Offices.
