Vishal Pandey, a social media influencer and actor known for his appearance on Bigg Boss OTT 3, recently shared a shocking and emotional health update with his fans, revealing that he suffered a serious injury while shooting for a project. The incident, which occurred on September 18, 2025, involved him accidentally cutting the nerves in his hand with glass.

Pandey took to Instagram to share his experience, describing it as one of the darkest moments of his life. He posted photos from his hospital bed, detailing the severity of the injury and the impact it has had on his career and personal goals. In his post, Pandey wrote, "Accidents have a way of shaking you up. While shooting, I accidentally cut my nerves with glass, something I never imagined could happen while doing the one thing I love the most: acting".

The injury required two surgeries, and doctors informed Pandey that he was incredibly fortunate. According to his doctors, the glass narrowly missed a major artery that leads directly to the heart. Had the cut been just a few inches deeper, it could have resulted in permanent damage or even paralysis of half his body. Pandey shared the chilling words of his doctor: "My artery that goes straight to the heart was saved by just a few minor inches. If not, half my body could've been paralysed. He said it was nothing but a blessing that saved me".

Despite the severity of the situation and the forced pause in his career and fitness journey, Pandey remains hopeful and resilient. He expressed his disappointment at the setback, especially as he was actively pursuing his dream physique and career. However, he emphasized that this incident would not define him but rather fuel his ambitions.

Pandey credited the blessings and love from his family, friends, and fans for his survival and healing. He also shared smiling photos from his hospital bed, reassuring his followers that he would come back stronger. "Even in this condition, I won't pause. This little setback won't define me – it'll fuel me," he wrote. "Like they say, the sun always rises again. And so will I".
