Mumbai, October 12, 2025 – Actress Ameesha Patel, basking in the afterglow of her recent blockbuster "Gadar 2", has shared a nostalgic throwback picture featuring herself alongside Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan, referring to the trio as an "inseparable trinity". The picture, posted on her Instagram, has generated considerable buzz among fans, offering a glimpse into the golden days of early 2000s Bollywood friendship.
The snapshot captures a lighthearted moment from a dinner party hosted by Patel at her Mumbai residence. Roshan is seen leaning on a chair behind Patel, while all three are enjoying each other's company. Patel reminisced about the era when friendships between co-stars extended beyond the duration of filming. She wrote, "SUNDAY THROWBACK, the cutest dinner party at my Mumbai Residence!! @hrithikroshan n me had finished wrapping a schedule of filming. As always we were happy to celebrate our sweet n cute milestones n we did !! This time was an impromptu dinner at my home! @hrithikroshan n @suzkr n me were always an inseparable cute trinity !! Golden days when the friendships between costars existed beyond the films they worked on and not just temporarily for that filming duration (sic)".
Patel and Roshan's connection goes back further than their debut film. The two were family friends long before "Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai," with their fathers attending the same school. Patel recalled that their families often met at social gatherings during their childhood.
Ameesha has previously shared anecdotes about her bond with Hrithik, revealing that she was the first to call him the "Greek God" of Bollywood. She also recounted how Hrithik, despite belonging to a film family, was insecure and unsure about his future in the industry during their initial days. According to Patel, even last week, Hrithik addressed her as "Heroine" in a message, a nickname he has used since they first worked together.
"Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai," released in 2000, marked the debut for both Patel and Roshan, catapulting them to instant stardom. Directed by Rakesh Roshan, the film received immense appreciation from audiences and is still remembered for its music and choreography. Patel has expressed her gratitude for the film and the opportunities it brought, acknowledging the chemistry she shared with Roshan.
This isn't the first time Patel has shared throwback memories related to "Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai". She previously posted pictures from the day she signed the film, showing her celebrating with Hrithik and Rakesh Roshan.
