EV Dreams Stall in Indian-administered Kashmir Amid Poor Infrastructure, Harsh Winters

Srinagar, Indian-administered Kashmir — The electric vehicle (EV) revolution, touted as a sustainable solution for transportation, is facing significant hurdles in Indian-administered Kashmir.
