Lin Laishram, the actress and soon-to-be mother, celebrated her birthday recently, surrounded by close friends and family. The intimate celebration included her husband, actor Randeep Hooda, as well as fellow actors Vijay Varma and Sayani Gupta, among others.
Lin, who is expecting her first child with Randeep in March 2026, radiated joy as she posed for pictures, accentuating her baby bump in a stylish white dress. She shared a string of photos from the celebration on her Instagram, expressing her gratitude for the love and well-wishes she received. "A birthday wrapped in love, laughter with friends and a heart full of gratitude with the sweetest blessing on the way," she wrote. Randeep Hooda also shared a heartfelt birthday message for Lin on his social media, posting a photo of himself cradling her baby bump. "As you step into this beautiful new chapter of motherhood, I'm already in awe, of your strength, your grace, and your endless love," he wrote. "Watching you do it all makes me fall for you all over again (and keeps me happily on my toes). Here's to you, to us, and to the magic we're creating together. Happy Birthday". Lin responded to the post with "Thank you My Baby".
The couple had announced their pregnancy in November 2025, coinciding with their second wedding anniversary. They shared the news with a heartwarming photo of themselves by a bonfire, captioning it, "Two years of love, adventure, and now... a little wild one on the way".
In a recent interview, Lin opened up about her pregnancy journey, revealing that the couple had experienced a miscarriage earlier in the year. "To accept things as they are. After a miscarriage earlier this year, it was a tough space for us both," Lin shared. "However, we're just deeply grateful and keeping our fingers crossed — and this is nothing short of a beautiful gift!". She also shared that Randeep has been actively involved and supportive throughout her pregnancy, preparing for fatherhood with enthusiasm. "Oh, he's loving every moment! It took a bit for it to sink in for both of us, but he's been amazing prepping himself, supporting me, and being there for everything I need," she said.
Lin and Randeep's relationship began at Naseeruddin Shah's theatre group, Motley. They started living together during the COVID-19 lockdown and made their relationship official in 2022. The couple tied the knot in a traditional Meitei ceremony in Manipur on November 29, 2023.
On the professional front, Randeep Hooda was last seen in the film 'Jaat', also starring Sunny Deol. He is currently working on "Operation Khukri", a film based on the Indian Army's peacekeeping mission.
