Taapsee Pannu Invests in Luxury: Acquires a Rs 4.33 Crore Apartment in Mumbai's Goregaon Area.

Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu, along with her sister Shagun Pannu, has recently purchased a premium apartment in Mumbai's Goregaon West for ₹4.33 crore. The property registration documents, reviewed by Square Yards, indicate the transaction was officially registered in May 2025.

The apartment is located in Imperial Heights, a ready-to-move-in residential project known for its upscale offerings and strategic location. The purchased apartment features a carpet area of 1,390 sq. ft. (approximately 129 sq. m.) and a built-up area of 1,669 sq. ft. (155.02 sq. m.). The deal includes two dedicated car parking spaces. In addition to the apartment cost, Taapsee and Shagun paid ₹21.65 lakh in stamp duty and an additional ₹30,000 in registration charges.

Imperial Heights has demonstrated robust real estate activity. Between April 2024 and March 2025, a total of 47 transactions amounting to a gross value of ₹168 crore were recorded in the project. The average registered transaction price currently stands at ₹32,170 per sq. ft., establishing it as one of the most sought-after luxury addresses in the area.

Goregaon West, situated between Andheri and Malad, has become a vibrant residential and commercial hub. Its strategic location offers seamless access via the Western Express Highway, Link Road, SV Road, and the suburban railway, making it highly accessible for professionals and businesses. The area boasts a dynamic mix of office spaces, IT parks, co-working environments, high-street retail, and malls.

Taapsee Pannu is a celebrated Indian actress recognized for her impactful performances across Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil cinema. She began her career as a model and transitioned to acting, debuting in the 2010 Telugu film "Jhummandi Naadam," followed by acclaimed roles in Tamil and Hindi films. Pannu is known for her roles in movies such as "Pink", "Mulk", "Badla", and "Thappad".
