On the 10th anniversary of "Bajrangi Bhaijaan," Aayush Sharma shared a lighthearted memory from his time on set, revealing a "funny tip" he received from Salman Khan. Aayush, who is married to Salman's sister Arpita Khan, reminisced about how his journey into filmmaking began with Kabir Khan's directorial venture.
Aayush openly admitted to being clueless about movie production when he first stepped onto the set. He credited Kabir Khan with teaching him the fundamentals of filmmaking and offering valuable guidance for his future endeavors. He also discovered a passion for photography during the shoot but felt unsure about what constituted a good photograph.
That's when Salman Khan stepped in with his characteristic wit. According to Aayush, Salman's advice was simple: "Point the camera at him, and the photo will turn out great!". This humorous tip reflects Salman's playful personality and his willingness to share his experience with those around him.
"Bajrangi Bhaijaan," which was released in 2015, was a critical and commercial triumph. Directed by Kabir Khan, the film tells the story of Pawan, a devotee of Lord Hanuman (played by Salman), who embarks on a journey to reunite a mute Pakistani girl with her family. The film also featured Kareena Kapoor Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, and Harshaali Malhotra in pivotal roles.
The film won hearts with its impressive storyline and songs. Beyond the entertainment value, "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" delivered a powerful message of cross-border unity and humanity, earning praise from audiences and critics alike.
Aayush's journey in Bollywood has been supported by Salman, who is known for helping aspiring actors. Salman has been training Aayush for his Bollywood debut for years. In one instance, Aayush revealed that after the shoot of Bajrangi Bhaijaan, on Salman’s request, the stuntman taught Aayush how to roll down sand dunes and perform some stunts. The next day, Salman pushed Aayush down the dunes without any warning. After doing this a few times, Aayush realized that Salman wanted him to land properly, on his feet, and told him that he wants him to be prepared at all times to perform his own stunts.
Meanwhile, Kabir Khan has confirmed that he and Salman are exploring ideas for "Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2".
