Google is enhancing its after-sales support for Pixel users in India by expanding its same-day repair service to cover 21 cities. This initiative aims to provide faster and more accessible support to Pixel phone, Pixel Watch, and Pixel Buds owners.
The same-day repair program is available in major metro cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad, along with other Tier 1 and Tier 2 locations. Google claims that it is already fixing 80% of Pixel devices on the same day. To be eligible for same-day repairs, customers must submit their Pixel device at a Google Exclusive or Priority Service Center before 2 PM.
Customers can visit three Google Exclusive Service Centers located in Bengaluru, Delhi, and Mumbai. Google Priority Service Centers are available in other locations, including Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Chennai, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Pune.
For those who prefer not to visit a service center, Google provides a free mail-in service with doorstep pickup and delivery. Users can schedule a pickup, and after the device is repaired, it will be delivered back to their doorstep free of charge.
Google launched its Exclusive Service Centers in India in 2024, following the Pixel 9 series launch. The expansion of the same-day repair service demonstrates Google's commitment to improving customer service and support for its Pixel devices in the Indian market.
