Amit Shah: Modi's Response to Every Attack Leaves Pakistan in Panic During Operation Sindoor.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah has strongly asserted that India, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has been delivering a decisive response to every act of aggression, particularly those emanating from Pakistan. Shah's statement comes in the wake of "Operation Sindoor," a military operation conducted by the Indian armed forces in response to the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack that resulted in the death of 26 civilians.

Operation Sindoor involved precision strikes against terrorist infrastructure inside Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK). India successfully destroyed nine high-value terror launchpads linked to Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed, and Hizbul Mujahideen. These locations were identified as key training and operational hubs for attacks against India. The operation marked a significant shift in India's counterterrorism doctrine, signaling a new red line that Pakistan could no longer ignore.

Amit Shah emphasized that Operation Sindoor is a unique symbol of Prime Minister Modi's firm political will, the precise intelligence gathered by Indian agencies, and the unmatched strike capability of the country's armed forces. He lauded the coordination between intelligence agencies and the armed forces during the operation. Shah made these remarks while inaugurating an upgraded Multi-Agency Centre (MAC) in Delhi, aimed at enhancing intelligence sharing among various agencies.

The operation involved deep strikes into Pakistan's mainland, including strategic zones like Punjab province and Bahawalpur, areas once considered untouchable. By doing so, India discarded the old distinction between terrorists and their state sponsors, treating both as legitimate targets. This demonstrated that no part of Pakistan would be considered safe if terror emanates from its soil.

According to Lieutenant General Rajiv Ghai, Director General of Military Operations (DGMO), the strikes across nine terror hubs in Pakistan and PoJK resulted in the elimination of over 100 terrorists, including high-value targets involved in the IC814 hijacking and the Pulwama blast.

The Indian forces, including Rafale jets equipped with SCALP missiles and HAMMER bombs, executed the strikes with pinpoint accuracy. The mission exposed significant gaps in Pakistan's air defense network, which was either bypassed or neutralized. Not a single Indian asset was lost in the operation. India also proved its robust air defense capabilities, with the Akashteer Air Defence System playing a key role in intercepting Pakistani drones and missiles.

Shah also highlighted the historic anti-Naxal operations conducted by Central Armed Police Forces in Karregattalu Hills at the Chhattisgarh-Telangana border, demonstrating excellent coordination between the country's security forces, similar to that seen during Operation Sindoor. He said the new MAC will provide a seamless and integrated platform for synergizing the efforts of all agencies in addressing complex and interconnected national security challenges.

Operation Sindoor is considered the most expansive military operation conducted by the Indian armed forces since the 1971 War. Unlike previous operations, such as the 2016 surgical strikes and the 2019 Balakot airstrike, Operation Sindoor constituted a multi-domain, high-precision offensive spread across Pakistan's Punjab province and PoJK, signaling a strategic evolution in India's approach to cross-border terrorism.

In the aftermath of Operation Sindoor, Pakistan attempted to engage military targets in Northern and Western India using drones and missiles, but these were neutralized by the Integrated Counter UAS (Unmanned Aerial Systems) Grid and Air Defence systems. India subsequently targeted air defense radars and systems at several locations in Pakistan.

Amit Shah's statements and the execution of Operation Sindoor reflect a clear message from India that it will not tolerate cross-border terrorism and is prepared to take decisive action to protect its national security.
