In the wake of Operation Sindoor, a significant military response to the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has lauded the unified stance demonstrated by all states, reflecting a strengthened social fabric. Operation Sindoor, launched on May 7, 2025, targeted terrorist camps within Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, resulting in the elimination of a reported 100 terrorists affiliated with groups like Jaish-e-Mohammed, Lashkar-e-Taiba, and Hizbul Mujahideen.

PM Modi, in a recent address in Bikaner, Rajasthan, emphasized that India retaliated against the Pahalgam attack, which claimed 26 lives, in a mere 22 minutes through Operation Sindoor. He characterized the mission as the "new face of justice," reaffirming India's zero-tolerance policy towards terrorism. He also warned Pakistan against using terror as a tool, asserting that every conflict would only result in their defeat.

The Prime Minister's commendation extends to the Indian armed forces, whose contribution he hailed at the Adampur airbase. He stated with pride that the forces reached their targets with perfection, destroying not only terrorist camps and airbases but also Pakistan's "nefarious designs and audacity." The Adampur airbase, a crucial location housing the S-400 air defense system and MiG-29 jets, played a vital role in the operation.

Operation Sindoor has not only been a military triumph but also a demonstration of India's resolve to combat terrorism on a global scale. To this end, India has initiated a global outreach to brief world powers on the operation and expose Pakistan's links to terror. All-party delegations have been dispatched to various regions, including the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Japan, to garner international support and cooperation in counter-terrorism efforts.

The Prime Minister emotionally stated that the bullets fired in Pahalgam struck 140 crore Indians, emphasizing the collective pain and united pledge to wipe out terrorists and deliver unimaginable punishment. He credited the valor of the forces for fulfilling this resolution, underscoring the government's commitment to providing the military with a free hand to bring Pakistan to its knees.

Furthermore, the success of Operation Sindoor has highlighted the capabilities of India's defense systems and personnel, including the Agniveers. Approximately 3,000 Agniveers played a crucial role in India's air defense, effectively countering Pakistani missile and drone attacks. This has sparked discussions and settled debates around the Agnipath scheme, showcasing the effectiveness and readiness of the younger generation in safeguarding the nation.

In addition to military and diplomatic efforts, the Indian Army has strategically used music and visuals to communicate its message post-Operation Sindoor. Videos showcasing military prowess, accompanied by powerful renditions of patriotic poems, have been produced to convey the Indian Army's preparedness and capability to use decisive force against adversaries.

However, amidst the success and praise, some administrative matters remain. The Supreme Court has intervened in the case of a woman officer involved in Operation Sindoor, directing the Air Force not to release her from service due to issues regarding her permanent commission.

Overall, Operation Sindoor stands as a testament to India's military capabilities, its unwavering stance against terrorism, and the unity of its people and states in the face of adversity.
