Manchester City have reportedly reached an agreement to sign Norwegian wonderkid Sverre Nypan from Rosenborg for a fee of £12.5 million. The 18-year-old midfielder, who has drawn comparisons to compatriot Martin Odegaard, is set to join the Premier League champions, beating out interest from several other top European clubs, including Arsenal and Aston Villa.

Nypan's talent has been evident since his early debut for Rosenborg at just 15 years old. Former Rosenborg academy manager Roar Vikvang praised Nypan, highlighting his exceptional talent and maturity from a young age.
