Godrej Properties Ltd. has announced its entry into the Panipat real estate market in Haryana with a new plotted development project. The Mumbai-based developer has acquired 43 acres of land in Sector 40, Panipat, for this residential township, which has a revenue potential exceeding ₹1,250 crore.

This project marks Godrej Properties' fourth residential plotted township in North India, signaling the company's strategic expansion in the region. The development will feature approximately 1.02 million square feet of plotted residential space, offering a variety of plot sizes and lifestyle amenities. The location is considered strategic, with easy access to the National Highway and proximity to social infrastructure.

Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO of Godrej Properties, stated that the Panipat project aligns with the company's strategy of expanding into new markets for plotted developments. He also emphasized that Haryana is a key market for them, and they aim to develop a high-quality plotted township in Panipat that will create long-term value for its residents.

Godrej Properties is targeting a booking value of ₹32,500 crore and collections worth ₹21,000 crore in the current financial year. This guidance represents a 20% increase over the previous year's guidance of ₹27,000 crore. The company's focus on cash flow management is expected to play a significant role in achieving these targets.

Recently, Godrej Properties launched Godrej Majesty in Noida and received regulatory approval for Godrej Alira in Gurugram. The company also reported successful sales during the launch of the first phase of Barca Godrej MSR City in Bengaluru, selling inventory worth over ₹2,000 crore. The project, launched in April 2025, is considered the most successful launch in the North Bengaluru micro-market in terms of sales value and volume. Godrej MSR City has a developable potential of around 5.6 million square feet.
