Former Central Council Member (CCM) Dhiraj Khandelwal mentioned in a social media post that based on past experience, the results may be announced in the first week of July.

How to Download the Scorecard

Candidates who appeared for the CA Final exams in May will be able to download their results by following a series of steps:

1. Visit the official ICAI websites: icai.nic.in or icaiexam.icai.org. These are the primary portals for result declaration.
2. Locate the result link: On the homepage, find the scrolling banner or result section that says “CA Final May 2025 Result”. This typically appears right after the result is declared.
3. Enter Details: Click the result link and enter your roll number and registration number.
4. Submit the details.
5. View Result: After submitting, your result, including subject-wise marks, total scores, and pass/fail status, will appear on the screen.
6. Download and Print: Download the PDF scorecard and print it. This document is essential for placement drives and further academic or professional applications.
7. Verify Details: Confirm your name, roll number, registration number, subject-wise marks, and aggregate percentage.

Passing Criteria

To pass the CA Final May 2025 exam, candidates are required to score at least 40% marks in each individual paper and a minimum of 50% in aggregate for each group. Both conditions must be met to qualify.

What's Next After the Result?

After the CA Final result is declared, the next steps depend on whether you passed or not.

• Cleared Both Groups: If you cleared both groups, you become eligible to apply for ICAI membership. You can also participate in the institute's campus placement drives. The ICAI Campus Placement Drive will be held from July 10–20, 2025.
• Passed Only One Group: If you passed only one group, you can prepare for the remaining one in the next exam cycle.
• Did Not Clear: Analyze your performance, plan your studies better, and register for the upcoming attempt in September 2025.
