For Hong Kong's Matthew Cheung, the resumption of the Asian Tour marks the beginning of an ambitious seven-week journey spanning continents. After spending a gap in the Asian Tour competing in Europe, Cheung is back in action, setting his sights on success at the International Series Morocco.

The Asian Tour is the principal men's professional golf tour in Asia and runs around 24 events a season, including the Hong Kong Open and World City Championship. Ten of these events are part of the elevated International Series, offering a pathway to LIV Golf.

Cheung's return to the Asian Tour unfolds at the International Series Morocco, held at Royal Golf Dar Es Salam (Red Course) from July 3rd to 6th. This tournament marks a significant stop on the Asian Tour schedule as it continues its global expansion.

Following the International Series Morocco, the schedule includes The Open at Royal Portrush Golf Club in Northern Ireland from July 17th to 20th. The tour then moves to the Mandiri Indonesia Open at Pondok Indah Golf Course in Indonesia from August 28th to 31st.

The Asian Tour's International Series includes a stop in Japan at the Caledonian Golf Club. Other stops on the Asian Tour include the Shinhan Donghae Open in Korea, the Yeangder Tournament Players Championship in Chinese Taipei, and the Mercuries Taiwan Masters in Chinese Taipei. Later in the year, the tour will visit Indonesia, Cambodia, Philippines, Hong Kong and Singapore.

The Asian Tour is a professional golf tour in Asia that sanctions tournaments for professional men golfers.
