Top Prospects Update
Several Brewers prospects have seen their stock rise recently. Jacob Misiorowski, a highly touted right-handed pitcher, has vaulted up the MLB Pipeline rankings to No. 21 overall after a strong start to his major league career. In just three starts, Misiorowski is 3-0 with a 1.13 ERA and 19 strikeouts in 16 innings, holding opponents to a .061 batting average. His fastball can reach triple digits, sitting comfortably at 97-99 mph with impressive rise and run.
Luis Pena has also experienced a significant jump in the rankings, moving from No. 95 to No. 39 on the Top 100 list. The 18-year-old infielder is hitting .311 with a .382 on-base percentage, six home runs, 41 RBIs, and 35 stolen bases for Single-A Carolina. Recent reports indicate that Pena was hit by a pitch on Wednesday, but initial X-rays revealed only a contusion, with no fracture.

The No. 8 prospect batted .300 with 5 home runs and 13 RBI for Double-A Biloxi. Adams also had a .462 on-base percentage. Coleman Crow was named Minor League Pitcher of the Month. Before being promoted to Triple-A Nashville, Crow went 3-0 with a 1.06 ERA and 24 strikeouts in 3 starts for Biloxi.
In the Complex League, Jonathan Rangel was named Player of the Month, batting .289 with 5 triples and 13 RBI for the Rookie DSL Brewers Gold. Griffin Tobias was named Pitcher of the Month, posting a 2.96 ERA with 20 strikeouts in 5 appearances for the Rookie ACL Brewers.
For the month of May, Brock Wilken was named Minor League Player of the Month, and Jacob Misiorowski was named Minor League Pitcher of the Month. In the Complex League, Juan Ortuño was named Player of the Month, and Jayden Dubanewicz was named Pitcher of the Month.
