Akshay Kumar, known for his playful nature, is remembered by Sudhanshu Pandey as a prankster during the filming of "Khiladi 420". Pandey fondly recalls an incident from the set where Kumar's mischievous side was on full display.
According to Pandey, while filming "Khiladi 420," Akshay Kumar played a prank on him that left him in a state of momentary shock. After a particularly challenging stunt or scene, Kumar approached Pandey and, with a straight face, asked, "Fatt Gaye Na?" which roughly translates to "You got scared, didn't you?".
Pandey, who was relatively new to the industry at the time, admitted that he was indeed quite shaken by the experience. The intensity of the stunts and the demanding nature of the shoot had taken a toll on him. Kumar's unexpected question, delivered with perfect timing, caught Pandey off guard.
However, Pandey quickly realized that Kumar was just teasing him. The question was delivered in a lighthearted manner, and Kumar's signature grin soon followed, revealing the prank. The two shared a laugh, and the incident became a memorable anecdote from their time working together.
Sudhanshu Pandey has spoken about his comfort level with Akshay, who he also acted alongside in Singh is Kinng. Pandey said that Akshay is like an elder brother to him, and they have a blast on sets, conversing in Punjabi and cracking jokes. He also mentioned that he has been at the receiving end of Kumar's pranks.
"Khiladi 420," released in 2000, marked Pandey's debut in Bollywood. He played the role of Inspector Rahul in the film, which starred Akshay Kumar and Mahima Chaudhry in the lead roles. The film is the seventh installment in the Khiladi series starring Kumar.
