The possibility of YouTuber-turned-politician Manish Kashyap's participation in the upcoming season of Bigg Boss 19 has become a hot topic of discussion. With the reality show's theme reportedly centered around politics, the potential inclusion of Kashyap, known for his outspoken views on Bihar's political and social issues, has generated considerable buzz.

Manish Kashyap, who identifies as "Son of Bihar," has a significant presence on social media. He has a YouTube channel with a substantial subscriber base and a large following on Facebook. However, Kashyap is no stranger to controversy. In the past, he has faced legal troubles and has been arrested for allegedly circulating fake videos related to attacks on migrant laborers from Bihar in Tamil Nadu. He was also accused of creating panic and spreading rumors through social media. Despite these controversies, Kashyap has also ventured into politics, unsuccessfully contesting the Assembly election from Chanpatia as an Independent candidate in 2020. In April 2024, Kashyap joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

The rumors of Kashyap's participation in Bigg Boss 19 gained traction after he shared an audio clip on his X (formerly Twitter) account. In the audio, a person identifying himself as "Adil" from the Bigg Boss casting team can be heard expressing interest in having Kashyap on the show, citing his excellent speaking style and influence. Kashyap responded that he would like to discuss the offer in person, leading to a conversation about scheduling an online meeting. During the call, Adil also inquired about Kashyap's plans to contest elections, to which Kashyap affirmed his intention to do so.

Adding to the speculation, reports have also suggested that Tej Pratap Yadav, the elder son of Lalu Prasad Yadav, has also been invited to Bigg Boss 19. Some media outlets have claimed that Salman Khan himself called Tej Pratap to invite him to the show. However, there has been no official confirmation from either Tej Pratap or the Bigg Boss team. When questioned about the possibility, Tej Pratap reportedly stated that he would decide whether to contest elections or participate in Bigg Boss after the elections. It is speculated that he might enter the show as a wild card entry.

With Bigg Boss 19 adopting a political theme, the potential inclusion of figures like Manish Kashyap and Tej Pratap Yadav could bring a unique dynamic to the show. The show's host, Salman Khan, has also been seen in a promotional video dressed as a politician, hinting at the political drama and power struggles that may unfold within the Bigg Boss house.

Whether Manish Kashyap will eventually accept the offer to appear on Bigg Boss 19 remains to be seen. While he has acknowledged receiving the invitation, he has not yet made a clear decision. His participation could provide him with a platform to further enhance his political image, but it could also expose him to new controversies.
