The accident occurred early Wednesday, August 13, 2025, on the Dausa-Manoharpur highway. The collision led to multiple casualties, with several others injured and referred to SMS Hospital in Jaipur for treatment. Dausa District Collector Devendra Kumar confirmed the death toll. According to SP Sagar Rana, the devotees were coming from Khatu Shyam temple.
