He referred to the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack, in which many innocent civilians lost their lives, and stated that India has targeted and destroyed terrorist hideouts deep inside Pakistan. He proudly mentioned the BrahMos missile, an Indian weapon, which he stated entered enemy territory and caused havoc, showcasing the strength of the "Make in India" initiative.

The Prime Minister recalled a vow he made in Bihar following the Pahalgam terror attack, stating that he had fulfilled his promise to punish the perpetrators. He had pledged to reduce terrorist hideouts to dust and ensure the terrorists would face a punishment beyond their imagination.

Modi declared that Pakistan’s tactics involving state and non-state actors would no longer be effective, warning that India will respond to terrorism on its own terms.
