"Four Hands" is a musical term that describes the technique of two people playing a single piano together. The drama will follow the journey of young people who meet at an arts high school, depicting their friendship, love, rivalry, and growth as they progress from adolescence to adulthood as professional pianists. The characters will supposedly take viewers on their journey of growth from high school and beyond into adulthood. Lee Jun Young has been offered the role of a piano prodigy who develops alongside another main character as both a close friend and a friendly rival. Song Kang and Lee Jun Young would be playing successful piano players who become rivals in a talent competition.
