Nani's upcoming film, The Paradise, is generating considerable buzz, largely due to its ambitious scale and the massive set constructed for its depiction of a slum. The film, directed by Srikanth Odela, has set a release date for March 26, 2026.

One of the most striking aspects of The Paradise is the creation of a sprawling 30-acre slum set near Hyderabad. This enormous set has earned the project the nickname "Baahubali of Slums," drawing comparisons to the large-scale sets of the Baahubali franchise.

The Paradise marks the second collaboration between director Srikanth Odela, actor Nani, and producer Sudhakar Cherukuri, following their previous venture, the 2023 action drama Dasara. However, The Paradise is expected to be even more intense and gritty than its predecessor. The film is aiming for a global audience with international marketing strategies and multilingual releases. It is slated to release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, English, and Spanish.

Nani will be seen in a completely new avatar for The Paradise, a departure from his usual "man-next-door" image. His character is described as a rebellious figure from a marginalized community who rises to become a leader. Nani's look includes braided hair, double nose piercings, and a bindi. Bollywood actor and dancer Raghav Juyal will be making his Telugu debut as the film's antagonist.

The recently released "glimpse" of The Paradise offers a peek into the film's dark and gritty world. The visuals showcase a slum filled with corpses, hinting at the violence and hardship that Nani's character must overcome. The film's raw and intense tone is further emphasized by a disclaimer at the beginning of the glimpse, which states "raw, truth, raw language". A voiceover in the Telangana Telugu dialect introduces the story and setting, suggesting a narrative focused on a neglected community that takes up arms to reclaim their space.

The music for The Paradise is being composed by Anirudh Ravichander. The crew includes cinematographer GK Vishnu, production designer Avinash Kolla, and editor Navin Nooli.

There are reports that the film's producers are in talks with Alexandra E Visconti from the Hollywood marketing firm Connekkt MobScene for a global partnership. The team is also reportedly in talks with a "well-known Hollywood star" to be associated with the film's international versions.
