The K-pop group YOUNITE made their India debut at the Rang De Korea festival in Delhi on October 11, 2025. The eight-member group, consisting of Eunho, Steve, Eunsang, Hyungseok, Woono, DEY, Kyungmun, and Sion, expressed their excitement and appreciation for the warm welcome they received from Indian fans.
"Honestly, this trip feels unreal," said lead vocalist Steve, still buzzing with energy after the Delhi show. "It's our first time in India, and we've felt so loved and welcomed".
YOUNITE performed at the Rang De Korea event in Delhi and were scheduled to perform at the K-Harmony Festa in Mumbai on October 12. The group was announced as performers for the Korean Cultural Centre India events.
The members of YOUNITE were impressed by the enthusiasm of their Indian fans and also the local cuisine. "We've been trying so many curries, and everything's just so good because of the strong flavours of herbs like cilantro (coriander) used in it," Steve shared. Eunho mentioned he was looking forward to the diverse food, tourist attractions, and the energy of the Indian fans. DEY expressed his desire to experience India's vibrant energy and vibe.
Amidst their performances and sightseeing, YOUNITE also took time to explore Indian music. Rapper DEY revealed his interest in collaborating with Hanumankind, stating, "We've been listening to Hanumankind. Big Dawgs is on repeat. It would be awesome to collaborate with him. I think we could make something really fun together".
Hanumankind, also known as Surat Cherukat, is a rapper with roots in Kerala and experience growing up in Houston, Texas. His music often blends themes of street life, identity, and politics. In January 2025, K-pop soloist B.I mentioned his appreciation for Hanumankind's music and expressed interest in a potential collaboration.
YOUNITE's Hyungseok stated that they prepared passionate songs to showcase the energy of their team. Steve emphasized the importance of hard work and maintaining their original intentions. Eunho highlighted the great opportunity to meet fans in India, a country he has always wanted to visit.
