• Their Pension Sanctioning Authority (PSA) must be onboarded on the Jeevan Pramaan portal.
• They should not be re-employed or remarried, as these cases require manual verification.

Documents Required

Before starting the process, make sure you have the following documents handy:

• Aadhaar number or Virtual ID (VID).
• Mobile number linked with Aadhaar.
• Pension Payment Order (PPO) number.

Online Submission Methods

1. Jeevan Pramaan Portal:

   • Download the Jeevan Pramaan app on your mobile or PC from the official website (jeevanpramaan.gov.in).
   • Register your biometric device.

   • Authenticate using your fingerprint or iris scan.
