Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday's romantic comedy, Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, has made its way into the top 10 romantic opening weekends of 2025 in Bollywood. The film, directed by Sameer Vidwans, was released in theaters on December 25, 2025. After two days, the film has grossed ₹14.49 crore in India. Including taxes, the gross earnings stand at ₹17.09 crores. An additional ₹2 crore has come in from overseas markets, bringing the film's total worldwide collection to an estimated ₹17.25 crore.
The movie had a subdued start at the box office, earning ₹8.46 crore on its opening day. Day 2 saw a drop in collections, with the film adding ₹6.03 crore. The Friday collection experienced a decline of around 28.7%. Despite the Christmas holiday release, Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri is facing stiff competition from Ranveer Singh's Dhurandhar and the Hollywood release Avatar: Fire and Ash.
Dhurandhar continues to dominate the box office, collecting ₹12.17 crore on Saturday alone, which is more than double the second-day collection of Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri. Dhurandhar has emerged as the top-performing film. Avatar: Fire and Ash is also proving to be a strong contender, particularly in the English-speaking sectors.
The film's occupancy rate has been around 19.92%, indicating limited footfalls across theaters. Despite the challenges, Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri is holding its ground at the box office. The movie has surpassed the opening weekend collection of Siddhant Chaturvedi & Triptii Dimri's Dhadak 2.
Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri revolves around Ray (Kartik Aaryan) and Rumi (Ananya Panday), who fall in love while traveling to Croatia. Their relationship faces a dilemma when Rumi is torn between moving to the US with Ray after marriage and staying in Agra to care for her aging father, played by Jackie Shroff.
With its current earnings, Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri has become Kartik Aaryan's fourth biggest opener. The top spot belongs to Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 with ₹33.25 crore, followed by Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 with ₹13.50 crore and Love Aaj Kal with ₹11.50 crore.
