Kalyanpur (SC) assembly constituency falls under the Samastipur Lok Sabha constituency. In the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, Shambhavi of Lok Janshakti Party(Ram Vilas) won the Samastipur Lok Sabha (MP) seat with a margin of 187251 votes, defeating Sunny Hazrai of the Indian National Congress.
