BOBCARD has launched a new Cashback Credit Card, designed for customers who frequently shop online. The BOBCARD Cashback Credit Card provides accelerated cashback on online transactions, making it a suitable option for digital shoppers.
The BOBCARD Cashback Credit Card is available for applications and can be availed at a monthly fee of ₹49 or an annual fee of ₹499, with accelerated cashback capped at ₹1,500 per month. The card operates on the Mastercard network, which ensures widespread acceptance across merchants and online platforms. The card can be linked to Google Pay for payments.
The BOBCARD Cashback Credit Card provides 5% cashback on domestic online spending (1% base + 4% accelerated) and 1% unlimited cashback on offline and international transactions. To qualify for the higher cashback rate, cardholders must complete at least four transactions within a billing cycle. The 5% cashback is applicable for eligible domestic online spends, capped at ₹1500 per month. The card also offers 1% cashback on every other spend.
Other benefits include a 1% fuel surcharge waiver at all fuel stations across India for transactions between ₹400 and ₹5,000 (with a maximum waiver of ₹250 per statement cycle), though cashback is not applicable on fuel transactions. Cardholders can convert purchases above ₹2,500 into Smart EMIs of 6 to 48 months. The card also offers up to three lifetime free add-on cards for spouses, parents, siblings, or kids (above 18 years old). It also provides zero liability on lost cards if the loss is reported immediately.
The cashback is automatically credited to the card account statement every month. The card does not offer cashback on fuel, insurance, education, government transactions, quasi-cash, wallet loads, agriculture, and transportation.
