Content creator and YouTuber Sejal Kumar has officially tied the knot with her beau, Bharat Subramaniam, in a beautiful and intimate ceremony in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand. The wedding, held on December 22, 2025, at the JW Marriott Walnut Grove, was attended by close family and friends.

Sejal and Bharat's wedding was a blend of North meets South customs, including pre-wedding festivities like mehendi, haldi, a sufi night, and sangeet. For the pheras, Sejal looked stunning in a Sabyasachi Gulgasta lehenga with a chand blouse, while Bharat complemented her in an off-white Sabyasachi sherwani with a floral stole. Sejal mentioned she always loved the color pink and "wanted to do something different". The couple also had a civil ceremony before the traditional nuptials.

The couple's journey began in the same New Delhi school, although they barely spoke to each other then. Bharat was the head boy, which is how Sejal remembered him. They reconnected years later through social media when Sejal sent Bharat a birthday message on Facebook. Despite Sejal moving to Mumbai and Bharat to the United States, they remained in contact and eventually met for a coffee date in Gurugram.

Sejal and Bharat have been together for almost six years, navigating a long-distance relationship for much of that time. Bharat proposed to Sejal before leaving for his MBA post-pandemic, and they formalized their relationship with a roka ceremony earlier this year.

The couple chose Mussoorie for their wedding due to their love for the mountains and winter sun. They wanted a place where their closest people could stay and celebrate with them for the entire weekend.

Sejal's wedding wardrobe was a modern take on Indian couture. She wore a short lehenga with butterfly designs by Papa Don't Preach for the mehendi, a silver, charcoal-grey Seema Gujral lehenga for the sangeet, and a Gauri & Nainika gown for the Mussoorie reception. Bharat wore a Rahul Mishra Nehru jacket for the mehendi, a Shyamal & Bhumika Indo-Western outfit for the sangeet, and a Sabyasachi sherwani for the wedding, concluding with a stole trimmed in pink to complement Sejal's lehenga. He also wore a handmade double-breasted navy tuxedo for the Delhi reception.
