Actor Ishaan Khatter has made a significant investment in Mumbai's real estate market, purchasing a luxury apartment in the upscale Pali Hill neighborhood of Bandra for ₹29.37 crore. The property, located in the Navroz Apartment within the Navroz Premises Co-operative Housing Society, spans 2,989.05 square feet. The transaction was officially registered on February 5, 2026.

According to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, a real estate data analytics firm, the apartment was acquired at a rate of approximately ₹98,200 per square foot. In addition to the purchase price, Khatter paid ₹1.76 crore in stamp duty and registration charges. The deal includes four parking spaces. The seller of the property was Kapil M. Mahtani.

Pali Hill is one of Mumbai's most prestigious residential areas, known for its concentration of Bollywood celebrities and high-net-worth individuals. The area's appeal to the film industry is boosted by its proximity to major Bollywood studios in Andheri, Versova, Juhu and Goregaon. Luxury apartments in Pali Hill typically range from ₹80,000 to ₹1.30 lakh per square foot. Several Bollywood stars, including Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, and Alia Bhatt, own properties in the area.

This acquisition reflects the sustained demand for premium housing in Mumbai's luxury real estate market. While details about the apartment's specific amenities and design are currently unavailable, Pali Hill's reputation suggests that the property offers high-end features and luxurious living.

Khatter's real estate investment follows his recent international debut in the Netflix series "The Perfect Couple," starring Nicole Kidman. In a 2024 interview, Khatter mentioned that he had moved into his current apartment in 2022, marking his first time living independently after residing with his mother in a home bought by his brother, Shahid Kapoor, for ten years.
